Attendance Awards
We are very proud of our student attendance this term. 87% of students at Mulbring PS attended school 85% or more of the total number of days in Term 1. Forty-eight students received an award for their attendance. Keep up the great work!
Harmony Day Celebrations
All students celebrated Harmony Day by working in groups/teams rotating through planned activities such as Art/Crafts and Sport. It was a wonderful example of teamwork and collaboration to produce some lovely pieces of art. It was also inspiring to see happy, engaged, multi-age groups of students working cooperatively together.
Easter Hat Parade and out of uniform day
The easter hat parade will start at 2pm, everyone is welcome to come and watch the fun. P&C will draw the raffle after the parade.
Children’s University Program
Students in class 4/5/6 have received their Children's University Passports, which we are beginning to fill out at school with all the learning experiences they complete beyond the classroom. All students in 4/5/6 will have the opportunity to attend the University during our Campus Discovery Day on 26th June, where parents are also welcome to join us. More information about the Discovery Day will be shared early in Term 2.
If you have any questions around the learning passports, please feel free to reach out or come and ask. We’re excited for this journey ahead!
PSSA Cricket
Congratulations to our Mulbring Cricket team for their incredible progress in the PSSA knockout competition! With superb bowling, batting, and fielding, you represented our school by showcasing your skills and sportsmanship. Particularly pleasing was the sight of our leaders and more experienced cricketers stepping up both on and off the field by encouraging and helping other team members reach their full potential.

State Swimming Championships
Best of luck to Atticus at the State Swimming Titles this Thursday! We will all be cheering you on in the Junior 200m Individual Medley event. It's an amazing achievement to have qualified and to have the opportunity to compete in the State Swimming Championships.
Student Safety
Student safety is paramount at Mulbring PS. We are very fortunate to have such a kind, caring group of students at our school, often offering to assist others and guide younger students. Older students should be encouraged to support younger students in a caring and appropriate manner. They can help by offering guidance, sharing knowledge, and seeking assistance from teachers when needed. Physical restraint or bossy behaviour is not acceptable and should not happen. We aim for effective peer support and conflict resolution to reinforce our school values. It's important to promote a positive and respectful school environment for all.
