Diolch to the PTA for the amazing Santes Dwynwen's Discos.

Thank you for everyone who helped with organisation, setting up and helping during the discos. Children and staff had a great time dancing the evening away!

Do-do-do. Come on and do the conga!

This week Alwen house enjoyed their treat for filling up their token box. Alwen house had an own clothes day where they enjoyed hot chocolate, biscuits and extra play!

Another win for Tegid!

Congratulations to Tegid for working together to win tokens for being ready, respectful and safe.

Tegid's Own Clothes Day will be Tuesday 28th January.

A huge 'Good Luck' to Charlie who is walking up Moel Famau on Saturday to raise funds for his friend, who is also a teammate for Mynydd Isa U-7 football team.

Unfortunately his friend, Oliver, has had a stroke so Charlie has decided to do a sponsored walk to raise funds to help his friend.

If there is anyone who would still like to make a donation, please send it into school and we will pass it onto Charlie and his family.

Now that our Year 6 House Captains are established, we will be holding elections for our School Council and Eco Council on Wednesday 29th January. Children who would like to apply for the roles can prepare a speech/letter on why they would be good for the role.

School council applications are open to children in Reception to Year 5.

Eco council applications are open to children in Reception to Year 6.

We’re super excited to celebrate Eisteddfod this year! The fun kicks off on Monday 17th February, and wraps up with an amazing all-singing, all-dancing finale on Friday 21st February.

The Eisteddfod is a great chance for our children to showcase their creativity and talents. Therefore, we will be running a range of fun, cross-curricular competitions. Some of these will happen in school, but there are plenty that the children can work on or enter from home too. Just make sure all entries are brought to school by Friday 14th February, at the latest.

Kids Club is hoping to open over February half-term.

If anyone is interested in their child(ren) attending, could they please register their interest by Friday 24th January. Diolch.
