4 Questions after week 4

As the NFL season rolls on, Week 4 delivered yet another exciting slate of games filled with drama, surprise performances, and jaw-dropping plays. From dominant victories to last-second heartbreakers, the league continues to keep fans on the edge of their seats. Whether it’s emerging rookies, unexpected upsets, or teams showing their true colors, Week 4 gave us plenty to talk about. Let’s dive into the five biggest lessons we learned this week that will shape the rest of the season.

#1: Is it time for Dillion Gabriel to start?

Joe Flacco and his offense haven’t been great at all this year. They average 15.3 PPG this year and obviously if Kevin Stefanski wants the browns to get somewhere and not get fired a change needs to be made. They have 3 starter worthy QBs on their roster so now I think it’s Dillion Gabriel’s turn. If Dillion Gabriel starts and becomes the real deal starting QB of the future than the Browns have lots to help them rebuild including 2 2026 1st round picks. Even if he doesn’t work out maybe Sanders will, so it’s worth a try and no point in not. But still if both aren’t good there is still a good side. They will get a top pick and will be able to draft Fernando Mendoza or Garret Nussmier in the 2026 draft.

#2: Even after beating the Chargers are the Giants screwed with Malik Nabers injury? The giants still won but it was a horrible loss for the Giants and their offense with Malik Nabers ACL tear. He was closing in most reception within a players first 20 games. Malik Nabers had a bright future ahead of him but now who does rookie Jaxson Dart have to pass too? There is 2 options. Wandale Robinson has been great this year but we have to see how he does being the WR one. We saw some of that against the Chargers racking up only 3 catches for 14 yards. They may need to make a trade during the deadline for a receiver.

#3: Are the Packers Pretenders?

The packers were one of the top rated teams after week 2 but suddenly after a loss to the Browns and a tie to the Cowboys what happened? The Packers who made a huge trade for Micah Parsons to improve their defense but an improved defense let up 13 unanswered to a horrible Browns offense and 40, 436 yards, and 26 first downs to a cowboys offense without Ceedee Lamb. Now thinking about it the NFC North is up for grabs. After week 2 the Packers seemed like the favorites but the Lions now look like the contender and the Bears are also winning games

#4: Is it John Harbaugh or Injuries?

Well my answer right away would be they lost to the Lions, Chiefs, and Bills 3 legitimate contenders and some of those games were close even with Nnamdi Madubuike, Marlon Humphrey, Roquon Smith, Jaire Alexander and many more and now Lamar is injured too. Baltimore has a great roster and when everybody is back they will most likely get rolling. Yes the Ravens are last in the league in yards allowed and 2nd to last in points allowed but once again that’s with injuries and against top offenses in the leauge.
