Dance Kinetics January Newsletter

Welcome back!!

We are excited to start our 2024 season! We are already busy with competition dances, getting ready for our Spring recital, and learning new things! There is still some availability in our a few classes. If you have not enrolled, or you know someone who is interested in enrolling have them contact the studio.

Class Cancelation Policy

When there is inclement weather and schools cancel, it can be difficult to know when we cancel as we have students from a variety of school districts at our studio. A good rule we follow is if Wichita, USD 259, cancels we will cancel. We will always do our best to text everyone to let you know, and we will always post on our social media pages. However, if schools are closing because it's cold and busses can't run, or pipes are frozen in their buildings we will have class. If you have questions about class please email, message, call, or text us and we will let you know ASAP! In the event of having to cancel too many classes, our instructors will do their best to offer a makeup class that works for everyone in the classes that were canceled.

Nutcracker Video & Picture Order Form

March 10-17: Spring Break- No classes during Spring Break. Extra competition rehearsals may be offered.

March 22-24: Starpower Dance competition at Maize South High School. Come support our competitive dancers in their first competition of the season! Schedule will be released at a later date.

May 3-5: Platinum Performance Plus (P3) competition at Wichita East High School. This is our second and final dance competition of the season. Schedule will be released at a later date.

May 22: Dress rehearsal for our 6th Annual Spring Recital! Call times TBA.

May 23: 6th Annual Spring Recital! Show will start at 6:30. Call times TBA.
