Why Lifelines/Campus Ministry: I love Lifelines because students open up more in the outdoors, and I am able to bond with them more quickly as we share a common experience. I also love discipling students on campus and seeing them grow in their relationship with God over their four years of college.

Why Lifelines/Campus Ministry? After a trip with Lifelines to South America in 2018, God placed a burden on my heart to use the skills and passions I had developed for the outdoors (all of which He had recently given me) for His Kingdom. He opened my eyes to the need and undeniable strategy of reaching college students in response to the Great Commission.
Favorite Outdoor Activities: Rock Climbing & Skiing
A personal prayer request: That the Lord would give wisdom and guidance as I step into exciting new roles. And that I would trust God to provide for every need.

Why Lifelines/Campus Ministry: In Lifelines we combine the head, hands, and heart as we seek to reach people for Jesus and build them up in their faith. We try to engage the mind, body, and soul of students for a holistic approach to outreach and discipleship.

Why Lifelines/Campus Ministry: It's the ministry God used to bring Stephanie into a relationship with him and where we both experienced the power of grace and truth community. We've seen first hand how God can use this ministry to change people's lives. Fun Fact: it's also how we met :)

Why Lifelines/Campus Ministry: I was greatly impacted by a small group in college who loved me and pointed me to Jesus even as I was honest about my "dark side". I want to be part of creating those spaces for college students as they're deciding who they want to be- safe spaces where people are known and listened to and pointed to the truth of Jesus. Getting to leverage my love of the outdoors and outdoor skills as a way to build relationship and share Jesus is fun and important!
Favorite outdoor activities: Rock climbing, ice climbing, camping
Personal prayer request: Please pray for my siblings on both sides of our family to know and follow Jesus, for healing of various relational tensions and misunderstandings.

Why Lifelines/Campus Ministry: I love the combination of outdoor and campus ministry because it invites Christians to talk honestly about their walk with God and invites people who are exploring their faith to consider God in a non-intimidating way.
Favorite outdoor activities: Cross country skiing, day hikes, and car camping
Personal prayer request: For wisdom parenting an active toddler and a strong and growing relationship with the Lord in the midst of busyness.

Why Lifelines/Campus Ministry: The Lord has given me a passion for spending time out in His creation and a calling to reach college students with the gospel. College is such a formative time in people's lives and starting/deepening their relationship with Jesus can totally change the course of their lives for God's glory!
Favorite outdoor activities: backpacking, camping, cycling, fishing, and cooking over a fire.
Personal prayer request: Prayers for Karin and I as we prepare for our first child due in Feb 2024!

Why Lifelines/Campus Ministry: God changed my life my senior year of college after a friend overdosed and passed away and I want everyone to have an opportunity to hear the Gospel and know how much God loves them and wants to be with them. And the outdoors are great spaces to have those deep conversations.
Favorite outdoor activities: climbing and backpacking
Personal prayer request: That I would continue to be reminded to live in grace and truth and not slip into performance. And that I would continue to trust God and where he’s leading me and my family.

Why Lifelines/Campus Ministry: I LOVE living "sent"! God has created us all to live sent by Him to whatever sphere He has called us to, and for me that is the college campus. I became a follower of Jesus through a bible study led by the football team in college, and I love being a part of creating spaces on campus where students can belong before they believe like I did! With Lifelines, I love that taking students outdoors is a powerful way of building community and can lead to having meaningful conversations about life, God, questions, and much more!
Favorite outdoor activities: I love hiking, paddleboarding, being outside, and having conversations around a firepit
Personal prayer request: That I would walk closely with Jesus and recover from perfectionism. To live in grace and truth in my relationships with God, others, and myself. To not do ministry in my own strength but to depend on God and the Holy Spirit moment by moment! And for joy!

Favorite outdoor activities: I love trail running, anything on water and rock climbing.
Personal prayer request: For wisdom and patience in caring for my family, raising up two boys who love the Lord and each other.

Why Lifelines/Campus Ministry: During college, the Lord grew in me a deep love for two things - sharing who Jesus is and the outdoors! I love Lifelines because it allows me to share two of the things I love most with college students, and seeing them understand the love of Christ more deeply in the context of the outdoors is so beautiful.
Favorite outdoor activities: Anything that has to do with water! I love kayaking, paddle boarding, wakeboarding, rafting, you name it.
Personal prayer request: I would love prayer for this transitional season of my life! I just relocated to Maine from Buffalo, NY, so I would love prayer that the Lord would bring me peace amongst all the changes and continue to provide me with sweet, life-giving community.

Why Lifelines/Campus Ministry: I love the honest community that is created on an outdoor trip, everyone has to be authentic and depend on each other for support. The conversations are naturally deep and easily spiritual!
