LMNOP LMNOP brings Melodic sensibilities to THE L.A. BASS MUSIC SCENE

LMNOP grew up in the eclectic Los Angeles music scene. He derives his sound from his hometown, with a feeling in his music of the ever-present futuristic yet nostalgic sound. After releases with Space Yacht, Dome Of Doom, Alpha Pup, and Play Me Records, he started 2023 off strong with a release with Skellytn on the famous UK Drum & Bass Label: RAM. In 2024, he released his first single Keep It Down with Alfred Nomad on Play Me Records.

LMNOP brings his melodic sensibilities to underground dance music, and is constantly pushing the boundaries of performance with his puppet alter ego LIL Z. As a seasoned DJ, he keeps the energy high, blending effortlessly between original tracks, bootleg mashups, and gems from local labels.

MUSICAL ROOTS

Zach's father, Stephen Michael Schwartz, is a world-renowned Children’s Musician. He is best known for his band, Parachute Express; however, he also wrote the theme song for Jay Jay The Jet Plane. Previously, Zach acted as his father's tour manager, and toured for three years together in over 40 cities in mainland Chinese. Not only has Zach's father been a huge influence on him as a parent, but Zach believes that the core of the childlike nostalgia of LMNOP is linked directly to his influence and exposure to live perfomance at a young age.
