I took an extended weekend trip to visit my friends Lisa and Ed Johnston. They recently moved to Bend from Southern California and invited me up to see the city. I've been to Oregon before, I had not been to Bend which made the trip even more special. Lisa and Ed's daughter lives in Bend with her husband Austin so I got a chance to see them as well
We spent time in the city but also did short visit to town of Sisters, as well as Smith Rock State Park. Bend is a city for people who love the outdoors with lots to do throughout the year. I understand why Bend is such a desirable place to live.
