帶著小南人走進議會 台南新芽協會 Tainan Sprout

台南新芽，希望以公民團體的角色對台南市政開始理解、思考並介入、參與，進而達到實質監督的目的。參與政治並非只有參選一途，透過各種網路時代開放政府的思維，我們期許能降低公民關心政治的門檻，從人人都可以的公共參與開始，讓每個人都能快速理解施政實況，並且在資訊盡可能對等的情況下討論政策。

策展理念

本展以推動SDG16「和平、正義、健全制度」為核心並聚焦於推動公民對於政治的參與及認識，希望對台南市政開始關注、思考並介入、參與，進而達到實質監督的力量。 展覽紀錄了大學生引領小南人，通過「觀察」、「思考」和「參與」三步驟實踐公民參與，並分別以「籽」、「芽」、「樹」三個展區呈現，象徵公民的力量將如同種子中發出新芽，最後成長為堅強可靠的大樹。過程中共鳴出離散而又聚集的影響力，正期許著城市的未來想像，讓橫跨世代的參與，架構台南下一個400年的枝幹。

This exhibition is centered on promoting SDG 16 "Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions" and focuses on promoting civic participation and understanding of politics. It hopes to draw attention to, think about, and engage in Tainan city politics, ultimately achieving substantial supervision. The exhibition records university students leading young citizens through the three steps of "observing," "thinking," and "participating" to practice civic participation. It is presented in three sections: "Seed," "Sprout," and "Tree," symbolizing the growth of civic power from seeds sprouting into strong, reliable trees. Throughout the process, a dispersed yet cohesive influence resonates, aspiring towards the city's future vision, and enabling intergenerational participation to structure the next 400 years of Tainan.
