2. The impact of sport on society: historical and comparative perspectives

3. Participation, inclusion, and social changes encouraged by sport.

5. Landscape and outdoor physical activities (analysing the different perspectives in their geographic area and the opportunities in their town, local, region, or nation)

With respect to the Erasmus Program, we aimed to include the area of Sport and Well-being in our project. We strongly believe that young people build their personalities through their ability to cope with practical, cognitive, and emotional experiences. Providing them with opportunities to share these experiences with peers from different countries adds significant enrichment to their growth.

Our school, Liceo Antonio Banfi in Vimercate, Italy, has a strong tradition with Erasmus projects and seeks to expand opportunities for both young people and teachers. We aim to broaden their perspectives and enhance personal and professional development within the school, raising awareness of the European dimension that influences our lives.
