Welcome to my digital photography portfolio!

This is where all of my photos and projects will go for my 8th grade digital photography class. I love taking photos with my phone or with polaroid camera. This is my first time using a digital SLR camera and I am still trying to figure it out.

The explore project was about learning how to take photos, and edit them. We were required to take 5 photos and edit them in photoshop. My favorite photo is of Kayley holding flowers in front of her face.

For this project we had a scavenger hunt. We were required to take twenty-five photos and use our best fifteen on our collages, every photo must be edited. My favorite photo is shown below the collage.

This project was about using AI to generate photos, and using AI in photos we have taken. We were required to generate one image only using AI, the other photos were required to have at least six layers of AI added to them. My favorite photo I created was the one of a picnic in a meadow, this was created only using AI.

This project was about taking pictures of things that could be interpreted as letters and bringing them together to make words. We were not allowed to take pictures of real letters and each word must be 6 letters. My favorite letter I edited was the G in Gonzalez.

We put together our top 20 shots we have taken this year and put them in a collage. My favorite shot was the picture of the blueberries.

For this project we had to make a collage of an image using 9 different filters. We also had to add a filter to a photo with ourselves in it. Finally, we had to edit a photo with 5 layers and apply layers. My favorite photo was the photo of Brooklyn hanging from a tree.

For this project we were required to take and edit three photos for each element of art. Each element of art had its own background and definition that we added to our final collage. My favorite photo was of a fire, I love the contrast.

This project was about taking two photos for every photo category. The categories were, framing, rule of thirds, reflections, leading lines, worms eye view, birds eye view, shadows and silhouettes, repetition, frozen/blurred motion, and forced perspective. We took and edited these photos and combined layer effects on top of photos along with other photos and three made composition photos using photoshop. My favorite photo was the composition photo of three reflections of puddles.

For this project we were required to find five photoshop effect tutorials and find five photos for each of the effects on google. Then we used two of the tutorials to edit and use photoshop effects on photos we had already taken from recent projects. My favorite photo that was crested was the text overlay photo.
