The History
The project received planning permission in the summer of 2007 and the first phase of construction started on site in January 2009. Pavilion A totalling 33 apartments completed Autumn 2010. Pavilion B totalling 58 apartments completed Spring 2011. the remaining pavilions completed early 2012.
In August 2014, a partnership between Native Land Limited (NL) and Singapore listed Hwa Hong Corporation Limited (HHC) purchased 15,000 sq ft of retail space at NEO Bankside for in excess of £10 million on a 999 year lease. Together with the partnership's earlier acquisition of Pavilion E, NEO Bankside, announced on 18 November 2013, NL and HHC jointly own a total of approximately 21,700 sq ft of office and retail space at NEO Bankside, a £400m mixed use development on London's Southbank.
