Thursday evening was capped a talk from Ethan Kross, one of the world’s leading experts on controlling the conscious mind and an award-winning professor at the University of Michigan’s Psychology Department and its Ross School of Business. He is the director of the Emotion & Self Control Laboratory and has participated in policy discussion at the White House and has been interviewed about his work on CBS Evening News, Good Morning America, and NPR’s Morning Edition.
After lunch, Kentucky head volleyball coach Craig Skinner discussed "Building Championship Culture: An Ongoing Journey." Skinner is Kentucky's all-time winningest head coach. He will enter his 20th season in 2024 with an all-time record of 444-147. He reached the pinnacle of the sport in April of 2021, winning the 2020 NCAA National Championship
