Midwest Sport and Exercise Psychology Symposium Students and faculty in the Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology program recently traveled to the University of Kentucky for the American Association of Sport Psychology Midwest Sport and Exercise Psychology Symposium

Can you tell me anything about the campus tour, particularly in relation to these photos?

On Thursday afternoon, Molly Burns and Addelyn Yost presented their research on "Formative Development of a Social Media Page with Private Groups for Pregnant Women Living in Rural Appalachia."

Thursday evening was capped a talk from Ethan Kross, one of the world’s leading experts on controlling the conscious mind and an award-winning professor at the University of Michigan’s Psychology Department and its Ross School of Business. He is the director of the Emotion & Self Control Laboratory and has participated in policy discussion at the White House and has been interviewed about his work on CBS Evening News, Good Morning America, and NPR’s Morning Edition.

On Friday morning, Holly Rogers presented her research entitled "Association of the Menstrual Cycle with Injury and Performance."

After lunch, the group continued to network with alumni and headed to the student social later in the evening.
