A lovely end to the first half of our summer term, with parents coming into school and helping us celebrate outdoor classroom day. The children loved sharing their learning about minibeasts and having the change to play with their family. Diolch yn fawr to everyone for your support 😁
Both Nursery and Reception have been celebrating World Bee Day 🐝 and learning how important bees are to us. Nursery learnt all about how bees make honey and tried some honey on toast... blasus iawn!
Reception have been on a hexagon hunt around the school and sorted objects into heavy, heavier and heaviest. They learnt about the life cycle of the bee and made bee crowns to wear at their bee party 🐝
Reception also made some yummy honey biscuits to eat at their bee party 🐝 Blasus iawn! 🐝
Wishing everyone a very happy half term break and we will see you back in school on Monday 3rd June.
We have a busy week planned with our dressing up day on Wednesday 5th June and our very first sports day on Friday 7th June if the weather is kind to us! 😁🤞☀
