Welcome
We get to hear about one of the Bible’s brave young women today. Her name is Esther, and she was a queen. Esther was brave; she risked danger in order to protect her family and her people, even though she was afraid. God helps us to be brave.

Esther was afraid. She was afraid of what might happen to her cousin Mordecai and her people because of Haman. She was also afraid of what could happen to her if the king didn’t like what she had to say. She was afraid, but she wasn’t alone. She had Mordecai, and she had God. She was brave and stood strong to save her people.

Memory Verses
For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14 NIV
