.Karen Whelan is a Psychotherapist, Spiritual Scholar, Self-Inquiry Facilitator, and bestselling Author whose interdisciplinary work bridges clinical practice, trauma studies, and contemporary spirituality. With over twenty years of professional experience, she integrates psychotherapy, consciousness research, Celtic spiritual traditions, and embodied healing to support individuals in navigating profound emotional and existential transformation.
