Brookwood Forest Elementary
- Family night at the book fair was a big success! Check out pictures on social media.
- 2nd graders visited the American Village! Pictures are available on PTO social media.
Cherokee Bend Elementary
- CBS held its annual 'Community Helpers' Day where students had the chance to learn from and see first-hand those who help in our community. Click here for pictures.
- Thanksgiving lunch was the first hot meal served in the CBS renovated kitchen on Wednesday, November 15! After months of flexibility by the CBS child nutrition staff, all at CBS were able to enjoy a delicious, hot meal from the state-of-the-art kitchen!
Crestline Elementary
- 2nd grade held a 'Balloons Over Broadway' parade and decorated their hallway according to the book's theme after reading the book written by Melissa Sweet.
- During November, CES held 'Cougars Give Back Week' which featured dress-up days and various efforts to learn about and practice giving back.
Mountain Brook Elementary
- Mrs. McMahon's 4th grade ELA classes held a publishing party and invited neighboring 3rd graders and their Kindergarten reading buddies to attend the festivities!
- In the spirit of Veteran's Day, MBE continued its speaker series welcoming U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Ryan Winniford as a guest speaker during November.
Mountain Brook Junior High
- As part of Connect Month, MBJH students visited their former elementary school and welcomed students in the carpool line on multiple mornings.
- Students in the MBJH (along with MBHS) choir program had the magical opportunity to take a trip to Disney World over the Veteran's Day weekend. Students had the opportunity to attend workshops as well as enjoy time in the parks!
Mountain Brook High School
- The varsity boys and girls cross country teams both brought home state championships from this year's state meet! More details.
- The MBHS Theatre program had a tremendous performance in the Walter Trumbauer District 6 Theatre Competition and qualified for state competition.
- Congratulations to Mae Martin who was named Miss Olympian 2024!
