What is it?
One day. 24 hours. A world of creative voices!
Join Adobe Creative Educators across the globe for a marathon of creating! On World Creativity & Innovation Day, we’re turning our planet into a digital classroom. For 24 consecutive hours, students and educators will connect across borders to build a living, breathing tapestry of global inspiration! This is our way to contribute to this global initiative led by the United Nations. Learn more:
The Mission:
One Quilt. Countless Stories. A Global Community!
Every participant will create their own quilt patch using our Community Quilt Guided Activity in Adobe Express. We’re all answering one powerful question:
"What story does your creativity tell the world?"
As the sun moves across time zones, our shared gallery will grow from a few sparks into a massive, global masterpiece!

No matter how you participate, we want you to celebrate student creativity! Here are two certificate options: The first page is an easy print. The second page is for personalising the certificates with your signature and student names using our bulk create feature.

Simply open this Guided Activity in Adobe Express to design your community quilt square and submit it to the global gallery. You can get started right away!
Add Your Tile to the Community Quilt!
Created your quilt tile? Now make it part of something bigger. Add it directly to our shared Community Quilt Gallery and help us build the largest digital quilt! See your creativity alongside educators and students from around the world.
Please note: The Community Quilt Gallery is currently in public beta. Access is available to Adobe Express for Education users as we work to expand availability. We appreciate your patience as we iron out the details!

Connect with a global peer! Find a partner from our Forum post, send a DM, and link up via video call on April 21st. Create your quilt squares together and use translation tools if needed to bridge languages and borders. Jump to the Classroom Connections section:

- Find Your Partner: Head over to this post on the Adobe Community Forum to find fellow educators looking to collaborate.
- Coordinate: Reach out to a peer via Forum DM to plan your session.
- The Big Day: Connect live via video call on April 21st to complete your Community Quilt activities together.
- Bridge the Gap: Don't let language be a barrier - we encourage the use of translation tools to help you communicate and build new connections!
