sKIING HISTORY
Raised in Rossland BC, ski racing represents the building blocks of my skiing career. I progressed through racing on the Provincial Ski team and then moved on to racing on the Collegiate circuit on the University of Alaska Ski Team until I retired due to injury in 2020. Since retiring from ski racing, I've continued my passion for skiing in a creative way by working on Graphic design projects as well as giving back to my community by coacingh for the last 5 years. In essence I spend almost all of my winter's in ski boots.
Primary sponsor and support
I have worked with Blizzard Tecnica for my whole career. They have supported me through racing and free skiing.I am a proud ambassador for the Women 2 Women program - a global initiative by Blizzard Tecnica to create a community for female skiers and outdoor enthusiasts through product development, education, and inspiration. I have had the pleasure to take part in several international Focus groups and work on design projects with them.
A little more about me
I started off my educational career in Kinesiology leaning into my Ski racing background, this has helped me substantially in my Coaching career.Soon after this I realized I was missing some of my creative side, I then spent some time working on a Graphic Design Diploma which has helped me work with brands on Product Development and additionally on personal projects. I aim to be able to tie both my Kinesiology and Graphic Design together in the future.
I would love to add you to my support system along with POC, and Blizzard Tecnica!
