AECOM has supported the U.S. Army mission for 100+ years

AECOM has served all districts of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) worldwide.

We have completed $5B+ in project value for the USACE in the last 10 years.

We have executed 5,000 task orders for the USACE in the last 10 years.

AECOM is an industry leader that consistently earns top ENR rankings in the following categories:

COVID-19 Alternate Care Facilities

During the coronavirus pandemic, AECOM mobilized to support USACE in their response efforts to build fast-tracked alternate care facilities across the country.

Toxic Algae Removal

AECOM is working with USACE to develop a scalable technology that will help remove harmful algal blooms (HABs) that are damaging both the environment and local economies.

See how we're mitigating this risk and restoring our waterways to the thriving habitats they once were:

Mosul Dam Stabilization

AECOM supported USACE on the unprecedented effort to stabilize Mosul Dam and protect nearly four million Iraqi citizens living below it.

AECOM provided A/E services during dam rehabilitation focused on foundation grouting and bottom outlet repair.

Digital NEPA

AECOM is working with USACE and the Department of Defense (DOD) to revolutionize the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process with interactive, user-friendly digital and web-based tools. These innovations help clients and stakeholders make faster and better-informed decisions.

AECOM, in partnership with USACE, launched the DOD's first virtual public meeting room for a Fort Benning Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). Take a tour of the virtual meeting room in the video below:

In addition to the virtual meeting room, AECOM is preparing the nation's first digital EIS for USACE Baltimore. View a demo of this digital document in the video below:

Herbert Hoover Dike

Damage from an increasing number of weather and climate disasters has made apparent the crucial need to invest in more resilient structures, including the aging Herbert Hoover Dike in Florida. To protect the Kissimmee-Okeechobee-Everglades ecosystem, its water quality, and surrounding communities, the USACE has invested more than $1.4 billion in the dike’s 143-mile network to date.

AECOM has been supporting USACE Jacksonville with quality assurance services, including monitoring construction along earthen dam, hurricane gates, water control structures, and other improvements to reduce potential flood impacts.
