關於「一喜種田」
Spanning over 57,000 sq. ft., Farm Together currently comprises 21 farms in Hong Kong and 1 farm in Singapore. Our farms have cultivated over 380 plant and crop species, and produce more than 1,700kg annually. The farms bring green inspirations to the Group's properties and allow colleagues, tenants, hotel guests, and the wider community to experience urban farming. 「一喜種田」項目共有二十一個香港農圃和一個新加坡農圃，面積逾57,000平方尺。農圃種植超過380種植物及農作物品種，每年收成產量達1,700千克。農圃為集團物業注入新動力，同時也使員工、租戶、酒店客人和廣大社區能體驗到都巿耕作。

This winter, we are delighted to bring the joys of urban farming to our office tenants, supplier partners, residential clubhouses, and the friends in the local community. 今個冬季，我們將都市耕作的樂趣帶給辦公室租戶、供應商夥伴、住宅會所，以及社區朋友們。
Partnering with Farmacy, the green consultant of GREENHOUSE@Landmark South, we hosted a Green Day at Landmark South. Office tenants participated in a herb cocktail workshop, picking fresh herbs from our smart mobile farm to mix up tasty, farm-to-table drinks. We also welcomed students from Kit Sam Lam Bing Yim Secondary School to launch a Farmunity Student Market. The students showcased and sold their homegrown crops. 我們與GREENHOUSE@Landmark South的農莊顧問「水耕細作」於 Landmark South 合辦「綠色生活日」。辦公室租戶採摘智能種植機的香草調製特色雞尾酒。同時，我們亦邀請了潔心林炳炎中學學生舉辦水耕苗社學生市集，展示及出售校內種植的蔬菜。
Sky Farm organised a guided farm tour for company members of Sino Group’s ‘Supplier Climate Alliance’. During the event, participants gained insight into how Sino Group promotes green living through Farm Together and enjoyed a hands-on experience harvesting crops. 宏天空中農莊為參與信和集團《供應商氣候夥伴計劃》的供應商公司舉辦了一場農莊導賞活動，了解信和集團如何通過「一喜種田」推廣綠色生活，同時親身體驗收割農作物，滿載而歸！
We hosted two sessions of green workshops for residents at Grand Mayfair, aiming to make green living both enjoyable and accessible for everyone. 我們在柏瓏為住戶舉辦了兩場綠色工作坊，鼓勵將綠色生活融入生活日常。
Sky Farm welcomed seniors from Helping Hand for a farm tour. The seniors participated in hands-on workshops where they made their own herbal tea and strawberry jam. It was truly heartwarming to see the seniors enjoying meaningful time together. 伸手助人協會的長者院友日前到訪宏天空中農莊，參與工作坊親手製作香草茶與草莓果醬，在綠意中渡過了溫馨愉快的週末。
We hosted two herb-focused workshops for Farm Together’s social media community, where attendees discovered how to grow their own herbs and create homemade herb salt. It was a fun, hands-on farm-to-table experience. 我們為「一喜種田」的社交媒體追蹤者舉辦了兩場香草主題工作坊，分別學習香草栽培技巧與香草鹽製作方法，讓大家感受從農場到餐桌的樂趣。
Sino Club hosted the Green Christmas Journey, inviting members along with their families and friends to visit Sky Farm. Participants created unique Christmas wreaths, experienced the joy of harvesting fresh vegetables, and immersed themselves in the beauty of nature. Sino Club 舉辦了綠色聖誕之旅，讓會員與家人朋友一同前往宏天空中農莊，製作獨一無二的聖誕花環，親身採摘新鮮蔬菜，體驗收割的樂趣，享受一段寧靜而充實的時光。

With our winter greens harvested, we shared the fresh produce with the neighbouring communities.
冬季的葉菜農作物已成熟，我們將都市農莊的收成與鄰里社區共享。
Four farms at Hong Kong Gold Coast joined hands to donate their winter harvest—including pineapples, pumpkins, sweet potato leaves, eggplants, and pandan leaves—to the Special Educational Needs & Parents Association, supporting families with nourishing food and fostering community connections. 香港黃金海岸的四個都市農莊攜手將冬季收成捐贈給特殊學習需要及家長協會，為有需要家庭提供營養食材，連繫社區。豐富的收成包括了鳳梨、南瓜、番薯葉、茄子和斑蘭葉！
We were delighted to welcome Heep Hong Society and Save the Children Hong Kong to 148 Farm, where everyone had the opportunity to harvest salad lettuce, romaine lettuce, and choy sum. The day gave kids a hands-on opportunity to explore nature and learn how crops are grown. 我們邀請了協康會和香港救助兒童會來到148空中農莊，一起採收沙律生菜、羅馬生菜和菜心，讓大小朋友親親大自然，了解農作物的種植過程。
