The program offers protocols, guidance, advice, and group support throughout the process, complemented by various observation exercises, material for mental and emotional deprogramming, awareness of the process, and evolution.

We focus on hacking all our systems from the digestive system, eliminating parasites and heavy metals, regulating the Candida Albicans fungus, eliminating cholesterol stones from the gallbladder, resetting the liver, and finally cleansing the colon.

1: Detox Parasite Cleanse:
- Duration: 10 days
This is a fairly easy protocol that can be applied to daily life to kill and eliminate physical parasites (we all have them) as well as regulate the overpopulation of the Candida Albicans fungus.
An introductory class will be provided (online, it will be recorded), and you will be accompanied, guided, and supported through a WhatsApp group.
Ingredients:
Garlic, apple cider vinegar, castor oil, oregano oil, coconut oil, pumpkin seeds, pineapple or blueberries, moringa, carrots, and propolis tincture. (Includes Dr. Ludwig Johnson's 5x5).
A very important part of the detox is the ancestral practice of enemas and colon cleanses to clean the intestinal tract and eliminate eggs, larvae, and dead parasites, as well as renew the biofilm that contains all the waste that generates toxicity in the body.
There is no risk to your microbiota, as we nourish it while we clean it. It is recommended to eliminate grains, dairy, cereals, seeds, sugars, and refined foods to avoid healing crises.
You will receive recipes and ideas to inspire you to have cellular and anti-inflammatory nutrition WITHOUT GOING HUNGRY. 2: Chelating Detox (eliminate heavy metals from the body)
Duration: 10 days if you do this module separately. (Please let me know if you have metal amalgams in your mouth to adapt it)
In this part of the process you will consume fruit and vegetable smoothies to eliminate heavy metals from the body.
It is complemented by the consumption of chlorella and isotonic water for proper hydration.
During this detox we will not consume: dairy products, grains, seeds, cereals, sugars or refined foods.
3: Liver, gallbladder and colon cleansing.
For this cleansing you do need to reserve the entire weekend to be near the bathroom. We will start on a Friday afternoon and finish on Sunday after noon.
You will have hours to do your things, but generally, the purge requires being at home in calm and quiet. It will only be a weekend.
In this part of the program, the idea is to empty cholesterol stones and other heavy metals that hinder the proper functioning of the liver and gallbladder, since with the consumption of carbohydrates, refined, among others, the body's filter (liver) is usually clogged by excesses that we commit throughout life.
You will need Epsom salts, orange or grapefruit, extra virgin olive oil and magnesium.
Once these organs are emptied, we will proceed to colon cleansing. We will do it on Sunday morning, it involves doing some exercises that will be guided live through Google Meet.
On this occasion, we will thoroughly clean the entire intestinal tract, sweeping away any remains that may have been left (metals, parasites, corpses, stones, etc.) and in this way completely reset the digestive system.
