About the opportunity / 概要
Adobe offers a wide range of products, services, and solutions, but its development efforts are focused on two key growth areas. These two areas are the digital media business that manages Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud, and the digital experience business that handles Adobe Experience Cloud.
We are looking for interns to join us in business and consultant positions in Adobe's Digital Media and Digital Experience teams. This is a great opportunity for those who want to kickstart their career in a global and diverse environment.

Digital Media Business Internship
1. Product Marketing
The Product Marketing Team’s mission is to define go-to-market, marketing, and product strategies for Adobe Acrobat to increase penetration. The scope includes the development of the marketing strategy across the customer journey in the region. This role will be accountable for driving business results in collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams. This team is responsible for defining Acrobat’s 1- to 3-year business strategy and working cross-functionally to drive growth for the business. You will work on answering one of the strategic questions, using both internal data and external research. (Strategic questions are questions that we don’t have the answer yet, but are considered critical for future growth)
2. Digital Sales Strategy (GTM)
The mission of this team is to grow the digital side of the Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud businesses (eCommerce and App Store) focusing on the Data-Driven-Operating-Model. We set KPIs by key customer journey to reach required business goals, review performances daily, and help our teams fill the gap. When joining this team, you will be responsible for evaluating and understanding the customer journey of our new audiences, pointing out areas of improvement, and proposing an actionable improvement plan.
3. Education Business
The Education Business team is a unique team that takes care of the end-to-end of the Education Business: Marketing, Sales, and Customer Engagement. We deal with all the education customers from K12 to Higher Education. Our priority is to proliferate Adobe's creative tools such as Adobe Express and Creative Cloud among the next generation at school, and help them to acquire the Creative Digital Literacy which is essential for their future success. A successful summer intern in Education Strategic Sales will do either of the following depending on your expertise or passion points. A) Scale Adobe Express for K12 - plan and implement demand-gen/active use activities that target the prefectural Board of Education. B) Scale Adobe Express for HED - Support the execution of University decision-making round tables as the "student ambassador," plan and build content for advancing active use of students and faculties.
4. Partner Sales
The Partner Sales team is responsible for selling Adobe licenses for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud via sales partners, as well as acquiring new accounts and retaining existing customers. The team is responsible for a wide range of activities including planning partner seminars, contracts, discounts, and other promotional activities, introducing new products to partner executives, conducting business meetings, and accompanying sales representatives to sales meetings. You will deepen your understanding of Adobe products, technology, and organization, develop connections with stakeholders, propose and present your sales scenarios for creative workflow, and execute the Firefly workshop to the partners/distributors.
5. Strategy & Sales Operations
DMe GTM, Strategy & Operations team sits at the core of every decision made across the Digital Media Business. The team owns the business cadence including business planning, metrics of success, and structure to execution. From putting complex ideas into logical frameworks to building quarterly, 1-year, and long-term plans we interact daily with stakeholders both in Japan and at the Headquarters. The intern project will be based on building an APC Partner Framework and ROI model – how should Adobe Japan think about the return that we get from the investments we make in our channel partners.
Digital Experience Business Internship
6. Technical Consultant
The Adobe Customer Solutions team supports Adobe's digital marketing implementation projects from a technical side. They work closely with in-house teams to define solutions supporting their clients' needs and project implementations. You will be involved in the design, development and implementation of digital marketing solutions.
7. Technical Solution Manager
As a technical specialist for Adobe DX solution, Technical Solution Manager at Field Engineering (FE) team builds, develops, and maintains one-on-one relationships with our strategic customers. They produce and deliver a prescribed set of technical services specifically crafted to help customers maintain operational health, while adopting new solutions and functionality to maximize their investment , collaboratively working with Global FE team. You can see more detail here. Learn Adobe Technologies, especially especially Contents Management System, or Adobe Experience Manager. Provide AEM enablement sessions and Knowledge Transfer sessions to the customer to accelerate the solution adaption . If applicable, the technical investigation against the issues can be expected.

Work Conditions
- Intern Period: August 1 - September 27, 2024, full-time (37.5hours/week)

Requirements & desirable skills and experience

- Ability to work full-time for 8 weeks (Aug 1 -Sep 27, 2024) and able to commute to our Osaki office. ※Unable to join other internship during Adobe's internship period.
- Native Japanese language skills and English conversation skills are required

- Previous internship or goal oriented business experience is not required, but will be a plus
