This is my very first year at Maple Ridge, and my 25th year as a School Counselor! I absolutely love it here at Maple Ridge!! Previously I worked at Maple Mountain High School, and am really proud to be working in this wonderful community.
I have 5 children ranging in ages from 9 to 19, and they keep me hopping. I love nature, especially hiking to beautiful places that help me experience that feeling of awe. I love to read all kinds of books. My favorite hobbies right now are landscaping, weight-lifting and cooking/baking. I enjoy all kinds of sports (not saying I'm good at them!)
Fun Facts: I have a black belt in karate and long-ago taught karate to all ages. My favorite restaurant is Bombay House and I love, love, love the brownies at Taste (they are delicious!) I was born on Christmas Day which happens to be the day that the least amount of babies are born each year if you don't count February 29th of course!
