Rationale, What we did and why did we do it?
Learning as a result of the enquiry process Including quantitative data: Surveys Baselines etc. and Qualitative data : Interviews book looks etc.
What worked well?, What was challenging? and so SO WHAT?
Projects undertaken by teaching staff to develop a culture of enquiry and our school as a learning organisation.

How does the implementation of the ‘Drawing Club’ approach impact the development of Literacy skills in Reception?’
What is the impact of using 'Blooket' on improving Year 3 pupils’ spelling of common Welsh words?
What impact do peer and self-assessment strategies have on pupils' progress?

What impact can non linear problem solving sessions have on pupils problem solving skills? (School lead)
These research projects were presented and celebrated during our September inset. Going forward we will explore how to best implement our findings,and continue to collaborate to develop the school as a learning organisation. Next years PEPs will link with school development priorities.
