A group of super powered humans, aliens, robots, or entities whose extraordinary powers are used toward nefarious ends. In instances where the villain does not have super human, mystical, or alien powers, they may possess a genius intellect or a skill set that allows them to draft complex schemes or commit crimes in a way others would not i.e., Mad Scientist or Criminal Mastermind.

Villain power levels can fluctuate between Human and Cosmic strength depending on the villain.
