Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Enhancements
The Real-time panel delivers reporting and analysis of key business metrics within ~5 minutes of data ingestion, refreshing every minute. It brings Analysis Workspace features such as dimension breakdowns, visualizations, and event-level analysis to real-time use cases. This capability enables you to see the immediate impact of implemented actions, track trends as they unfold, and, for streaming media, monitor starts, stops, and content performance during live events.

[In Beta] Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Data Mirror automatically synchronizes datasets between AEP and common data warehouses (Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Databricks), supporting streaming changes (upserts, deletions) to keep reporting aligned with external sources. It enables a hybrid data management approach by combining materialized AEP data with your warehouse data, reducing the overhead of handling row-level changes and accelerating time-to-value in CJA. Contact your Adobe Account Team to access the beta.
