I have been practicing PT for over 30 years. My work shifted in the last 15 years to a more intuitive and mind body approach with a focus on cranial/sacral release approach. Healing and empowering women to have a Loving connection to themselves and their body. Recently I felt called to become a birth doula and extend my practice & honoring the wisdom of a woman’s body during the birth process.. Birth is a sacred & beautiful transformative natural process for the mother and the baby. It is a process that your body is designed to know how to do in its infinite wisdom It can be an unpredictable time, whatever your birth plan is. It is important to feel seen, heard and validated in whatever experience unfolds. I provide calm, unwavering and compassionate support for the birthing mother and family partner.
