- KIPLA is a learner-centered Kaneland program for students entering 3rd-8th grades in the fall of 2026-27. The program emphasizes voice, choice, and flexibility, while nurturing curiosity and independence. The enrollment deadline for this program is December 19, 2025. - Kaneland School district may use e-Learning days in lieu of non-attendance days (snow days, cold days, or extreme heat days). Click here for the guidelines for how learning will continue on the e-Learning Days in order to keep the learning progression continuing for all students.

Celebrations & Achievements
Project KC students at McDole Elementary ran a Toy Drive throughout November to support children in foster care through CASA Kane County. Thanks to the generosity of McDole families, Project KC students collected an incredible number of toys, helping ensure that every child received a special gift of their own this holiday season.
Kaneland Board
The next regular Kaneland Board of Education meeting takes place on Monday, December 15 at 7:00 p.m. at Kaneland Harter Middle School. All Committees will meet at 6:00 PM prior to the board meeting.
