TATA Cocktail Bar

Welcome to TATA - a classic cocktail bar at Hotel Sanders in the heart of Copenhagen. Dive into the world of storytelling inspired by Alexander Kølpin, Hotel Founder and Creative Director, and his career in the arts. Creatively, we take inspiration from the classical arts of performative storytelling, as our serves are inspired by Ballets, Operas and Plays from all over the world. We would like to introduce our new menu, ‘Pirouette’ . The name, derives from the arts of ballet, as a classical part of every performance. Come dance with us.

At TATA, the bartenders are playful and curious – about guests, flavors, and new combinations. Every single cocktail is a work of art, and many are mixed using TATA’s own recipes. Whether you prefer a classic or are up for experimenting, you’ll get a cocktail experience here that stands in a league of its own.

The team excels in providing guests a warm welcome, whether they are first time visitors, or if they are a local who stops in frequently. Located directly behind the Royal Danish Theatre, the locale has been popular for many years as an after-theatre spot for the actors and the tradition has continued at Hotel Sanders.
