With a combined 40+ years of experience, Pierce and Susan Kaylor bring a unique blend of expertise and local knowledge to Gulf Coast real estate. As a team, they have built their business on integrity, personalized service, and a deep understanding of the area’s market.

Pierce is also a licensed Alabama home builder, offering valuable insight into construction, renovations, and investment opportunities. Susan began her career in vacation rentals and loves helping new residents navigate their move to the coast.

Since 2004, this husband-and-wife duo has worked together, combining their strengths to serve buyers, sellers, and investors. Outside of real estate, they enjoy family vacations, outdoor adventures and designing homes built by Pierce. Pierce and Susan are also active in serving at church.
