2024 Korea-Italy Men's Volleyball Global Super Match Business Agreement signed

The Korean Volleyball Federation signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Italian Vero Volley Monza club and KBSN in 2024 Korean and Italian men's volleyball as part of its project aimed at "GLOBAL KOVO."

Officials, including Shin Moo-chul, secretary-general of the Korean Volleyball Federation, Alessandra Marzari, owner of Vero Bali Monza, and Park Hyun-chul, head of KBSN's sports division, attended the signing ceremony at Opiquad Arena, home stadium in Monza, Vero Bali on July 9 and promised joint cooperation to host a global super match.

Vero Bali Monza is a team in which Lee Woo-jin, a former member of the Korean youth team, belongs to the international player in the 2023-2024 season, and finished second in the Italian first-division professional league, Superlega, and registered Lee Woo-jin as an official player before the next season.

Only players aged 19 or older can register for Super Liga. Last season, Lee was 18 years old, so he was not able to register officially.

Through this agreement, Vero Balli Monza will play two friendly matches in Korea. They will play against the Korean Air Jumbos, the winner of last season's V-League, and Team Kobo, which will consist of V-League representatives. They will also participate in various events such as youth academies, cultural performances, and welcome dinners.

Marchari, owner of the Monza club, said, "We will try to ensure that this relationship does not end in the game in September and that cultural exchanges and communication continue. I would like to thank everyone who has reviewed this exchange positively."

Shin Moo-chul, secretary-general of the Korean Volleyball Federation, expressed expectations that the friendly match will "significantly help develop Korean volleyball."토토사이트 추천
