Aggie OneCard Center
Students can stop by the Aggie OneCard Center to pick up their cards. There is no charge for new students, but replacement cards are $25 for returning students who have an unexpired card on file. All patrons must present a photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) to receive their card.

Parking and Transportation Services
Get your Parking Permit today! All vehicles parked on campus must a valid N.C. A&T parking permit. Permits may be physical or virtual. Physical permits must be hung from the rearview mirror and be visible from outside the vehicle. Virtual permits are linked to your license plate, so plates must be properly mounted and visible to ensure the License Plate Recognition (LPR) system can verify you as a valid permit holder. Permits can be purchased online or at the Parking and Transportation Office located in Obermeyer Parking Deck.
Parking in reserved spaces, fire lanes, or loading zones is strictly prohibited and enforced 24/7/365.

N.C. A&T Bookstore
The First Day Complete program will allow students to select all their required course materials for their classes for a flat fee of $20.00 per credit hour, regardless of how much each individual textbook or digital access would cost to purchase separately.
Students save 40% to 50% on the cost of course materials.
All students are enrolled in the program but have the option to opt-out.
Students have the option to opt-out of the First Day Complete program by January 26th.
Mail Center
Remember, the Mail Center is keyless. Students who live in the following residence halls Aggie Suites, Aggie Village, Alex Haley Hall, Barbee Hall, Cooper Hall, Curtis Hall, Holland Hall, Morrison Hall, Morrow Hall, Pride Hall, Vanstory Hall, and Aggie Terrace should use the correct mail address format listed below for all mail and packages using the OneID format:
Students living in the on-campus locations listed above may begin shipping items to the Mail Center starting January 8th.
Aggie Dining
Spring 2026, meal plan selections can be made by logging into Aggie Access. Please ensure that you make your selection on or before the first day of classes on January 12th. Meal plan cancellations or changes will not be permitted after this deadline and must wait until the start of the next semester. Meal plans may be added at any time throughout the semester.
Please Note: Important Meal Plan Information
All students assigned to on-campus University Housing will automatically receive Meal Plan "B". However, you can change this default plan by logging into Aggie Access.
All Freshmen in University Housing are required to select Meal Plan A, B, or U.
Meal plans for continuing students will carry over from the Fall to the Spring semester only.
Changes to meal plans must be completed on or before the first day of class per semester.

Aggie Dining team up with ReusePass to eliminate trash waste generated by takeout food containers! This program will provide reusable containers for your take-out needs. They are sturdier, less wasteful, and will help N.C. A&T as we work towards a sustainable future. For this to work, we are going to need your help!
We want students, faculty, and staff to use these containers at Williams Dining Hall. If you'd like to participate in the reusables program, visit ReusePass, select North Carolina A&T and sign up!
