Dear Minera Families,

We would like to wish all our families a very Happy New Year. Thank you for your patience and understanding with the delayed start to term — it is very much appreciated. We are delighted to welcome our new families to Minera, and we also extend a warm welcome to Miss Jess Roberts, who has joined us to teach Dosbarth Navigators. As we move into the spring term, we are looking forward to an exciting few months ahead, including our whole‑school visit to Cardiff and preparations for our 175th Anniversary!

Regards/Cofion,

Spencer Williams

This year marks a very special milestone — Minera School’s 175th anniversary. We will be celebrating this landmark with a series of events for our school community throughout the year. Mr Williams is forming a 175th Anniversary Committee to help plan and organise these celebrations. If you would like to be involved, please email: headteacher@minera-pri.wrexham.sch.uk We would love to have as many voices and ideas as possible.
