關於「一喜種田」
Spanning over 57,000 sq. ft., Farm Together currently comprises 21 farms in Hong Kong and 1 farm in Singapore. Our farms have cultivated over 380 plant and crop species, and produce more than 1,700kg annually. The farms bring green inspirations to the Group's properties and allow colleagues, tenants, hotel guests, and the wider community to experience urban farming.
「一喜種田」項目共有二十一個香港農圃和一個新加坡農圃，面積逾57,000平方尺。農圃種植超過380種植物及農作物品種，每年收成產量達1,700千克。農圃為集團物業注入新動力，同時也使員工、租戶、酒店客人和廣大社區能體驗到都巿耕作。
SUMMER LITTLE GARDENER
夏日小農夫
Even in the summer heat, we can experience the joy of farming at home! Farm Together’s Little Ambassador Bean Bean and farm consultant Edmond visited Sino Group residential clubhouses at The Hermitage, The Avenue and Grand Victoria, showing families the art of creating pots of nutritious and flavorful microgreens and herbs that could be transformed into delicious dishes. Taking the plant pots after the workshop, the participants brought the Farm-to-Table concept right into their homes!
即使夏日炎炎，一樣可以體驗種植的樂趣！「一喜種田」Little Ambassador Bean Bean 與農莊顧問 Edmond帶大家走訪信和集團旗下多個住宅會所，與帝峰．皇殿、囍滙和維港滙的大小朋友製作植物盆栽，再帶回家中種出健康又好味的微型菜和香草，將收成製成各種美食！

To enhance suppliers' understanding of the Group's sustainability initiatives and promote awareness of carbon reduction, Farm Together recently hosted a farming workshop at Sky Farm for suppliers who are a part of the Supplier Climate Alliance. During the workshop, attendees toured the rooftop farm and enjoyed harvesting baskets of fresh, organic vegetables, all while working together to foster a more sustainable future.
為了讓供應商公司了解集團的可持續發展工作，同時提高他們的減碳意識，「一喜種田」於宏天空中農莊，為參加《供應商氣候夥伴計劃》的供應商公司舉辦了一場農務工作坊，參觀了天台農莊之外，更收割了一籃籃的蔬菜，滿載而歸！
Farm Together participated in Sino Sustainability Month by hosting a range of engaging activities aimed at promoting urban farming and sustainable living. These included farm tours, hands-on harvesting experiences, and green workshops for our colleagues.
「一喜種田」支持「信和可持續發展月」，為同事舉辦了多場農莊導賞、收割活動、以及綠色工作坊，推廣都市耕作及綠色生活。
Even a small leaf can be a creative art material! Winners of our social media game participated in an eco-printing workshop at Farm by the Coast, transferring the textures and colours of leaves onto handkerchiefs. During the workshop, children were able to observe the different shapes and textures of plants, appreciating the wonders of nature.
小小一塊樹葉都可以是藝術創作的素材！社交媒體有獎遊戲的得獎者參加了海岸農莊植物拓印工作坊，將葉片的紋理、顏色敲打壓到方巾上。 過程中，小朋友能仔細觀察植物的不同形狀與紋理，欣賞大自然的奧妙之處！
Farm Together encourages Sino Group colleagues to share their green living habits. We organised green workshops, including an aroma stone plant workshop and a kokedama bonsai workshop, to share the joy of planting with colleagues.
「一喜種田」鼓勵信和集團同事分享綠色生活日常，並舉辦工作坊，擴香石植物座工作坊和苔玉盆栽工作坊，與同事齊享種植之樂。
An orchid re-planting workshop was held at Pacific Palisades for residents to learn the art of caring for these beautiful plants. Participants received hands-on guidance on selecting the potting materials, understanding the needs of different orchid varieties, and mastering re-planting techniques.
寶馬山花園住戶早前參加了蘭花種植班，學習如何挑選合適的盆栽、認識不同蘭花品種的生長需求，並掌握為蘭花移種換盆的技巧。
GREENHOUSE@LandmarkSouth regularly hosts green workshops for office tenants to promote a work culture that supports wellness. Recently, the farm held a mini potted plant workshop, where tenant staff created cute little potted plants together.
GREENHOUSE@LandmarkSouth 定期為辨公室租戶舉辦綠色工作坊，推廣有助身心健康的工作文化。早前農莊舉辦了微型菜盆栽工作坊，與租戶員工一起製作造型可愛的小盆栽。

The pineapples at the Tropical Farm are bearing fruit! Growing pineapple is easier than you think. With just a fresh pineapple top and a pot, you can grow your own at home! Ah Chuen from the Horticulture Department at the Gold Coast Hotel showed us how to prepare the pineapple top and care for your pineapple plant.
熱帶植物農莊的菠蘿結果了！原來種植菠蘿一點也不難，只需要一個新鮮菠蘿頭，一個花盆，在家都可以續種菠蘿！黃金海岸酒店園藝部同事阿全示範如何處理菠蘿頭及照顧菠蘿盆栽。

種植生活：我的五十年城市耕種札記
The Chinese edition of Dr. Arthur van Langenberg’s book, Growing Your Own Food in Hong Kong, has just been released. This engaging and comprehensive guide to urban home gardening offers practical techniques, essential tips, and inspiring insights into the joys of growing your own food, encouraging both beginners and seasoned gardeners to embrace their green thumbs. The book’s vision has served as a key inspiration for our Farm Together project. In partnership with our community collaborators, we are transforming the rooftops and green spaces of Sino Group properties into thriving urban farms.
梁雅達醫生的著作 “Growing Your Own Food in Hong Kong” 推出中文譯本《種植生活：我的五十年城市耕種札記》。這本書介紹了都市家庭種植的方法、蔬果品種選擇與耕作樂趣，既普及了本土農耕知識，也爲新手提供了實踐靈感。正是這本書促成了綜合綠色社區項目「一喜種田」的誕生，啟發了我們把信和物業的天台與綠色空間改造成充滿生機的都市農莊。
