Question of the Week
Ryan met with RF Design at Gayman, East, West, and South to start work on the new bus radio system and roof inspections. He also updated Avigilon firmware, worked on paging at Admin and Ops, and added monitoring sensors for proactive checks. Jesse partnered with Mike to test the iOS 26 update ahead of the December rollout and resolved iPad and EdTech tickets. Kevin attended Clear Touch training with Harry, Andrew, and Mike, co-presented at the department meeting on Campus Workflow and Securly Flex, and prepared East and West for the IC Hall Pass pilot. Corey configured certificate-based Wi-Fi authentication, processed principal email requests, audited server patching, and troubleshot network blocks and MakerBot connectivity. Dan collaborated with Anneliese on course request uploads, used Canva’s AI tool for Power App UI design, and worked with Grace on Tyler best practices.Michelle attended the November DQN meeting, co-presented at the department meeting, completed the Act 158 Graduation Report, and finalized PIMS data for the Staff Snapshot. Anneliese updated Lightspeed forms in Infinite Campus, resolved parent opt-in issues, managed ELA placement spreadsheets, fixed Canvas integration, assisted with Edpuzzle troubleshooting, and coordinated TalkingPoints sync resolutions.
Will audited the Phone VLAN, retired old access points at East, and assisted with deploying new APs and phones. Andrew met with Clear Touch on initiatives, co-presented at the department meeting, explored cashless payment options, connected on Apple Classroom strategies, and collaborated on firewall checks and filtering issues. Laurel focused on IC program planning for four grade levels, worked on credit requirements for the Class of 2030, and partnered with a vendor on IC Positive Behavior tracking. Lindsay worked on Realignment Staffing with the Realignment Leadership Team. Mike Saile investigated multiple Cleartouch collage instances running causing issues.

Mike Saile stepped up to help identify and patch network ports for the Bus Radio system. Andrew and Michelle made a group presentation shine with their collaboration and insights. Mike Kelly provided valuable support during Wi-Fi deployment for certificate authentication. Anneliese ensured course request spreadsheets were ready for a smooth upload process. Kevin and Andrew were recognized for being outstanding presentation partners. Dan delivered exceptional assistance during the realignment process, successfully testing and integrating data from 30 spreadsheets into Infinite Campus. Miles worked alongside Will to track down printers and update IP addresses. Mike Saile and Brendan Moffat contributed their expertise to verify DRC deployment for Cleartouch boards. Dan and Anneliese teamed up to make course requests for the 26–27 school year happen seamlessly. Alex Koehler for figuring out a work around for the WDA issue on Teacher laptops. See the Good, Be the Good
This week’s “See the Good, Be the Good” reflections brought forward meaningful moments of appreciation and teamwork. This week was all about celebrating and collaboration. The team came together to host a special lunch filled with snacks and recognition for our incredible support staff. It was a wonderful moment to show appreciation for the people who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. At the same time, the network and applications teams joined forces to troubleshoot connectivity issues with MakerBot devices, ensuring that creative tools are ready for classrooms. The day was a true reflection of teamwork and gratitude across the organization. Finally, all the hard work put into preparing for STEM night paid off with many kids finding great interest in the stations and technology available.
