General Regulations

Everyone entering and exiting the Pool Area may not cross the golf course or use golf car paths. Obey all signs and do not use the golf path by Old #9 and the lower parking lots.

Swimmers must be properly attired in swimsuits. Thong or thong-style swimsuits are not permitted. Undergarments of any kind and non-swim shorts are not permitted as a substitute for swim attire.

Swimmers must use a locker room or rest room at the Pool Area for dressing, undressing and changing.

Diaper changing is permitted in the pool locker rooms only.

Baby carriages, strollers and playpens are not permitted in the Pool Area.

Food and/or glass containers are not permitted in the Pool Area.

Waste and recycling receptacles are to be used in the Pool Area.

Wading in or jumping into the Saucon Creek is prohibited.

Pets, excluding service dogs, are NOT permitted on Club property at any time.

Cell Phones

Guests are reminded that the use of cellular phones is not allowed in public areas of Saucon Valley Country Club. Use of cell phones in the parking areas will be restricted to the privacy of an enclosed automobile only. Calls may be made the designated area by the swimming pool restrooms only when absolutely necessary and should be limited in duration so as not to disturb other members and other guests. Nonetheless, cell phones may be used in the event of a medical emergency or an incident involving a breach of the Club’s security.

Denim Policy

Traditional denim blue jeans are not permitted throughout the Club from May 1 - October 31. White or other “colored” denim is acceptable year-round throughout the Club. Denim must be neat, clean, of appropriate size and not excessively worn (no frays, rips, holes or bleach visible).

Hats Off “Under Cover” Policy

Golf hats, sports hats and visors must be worn facing forward. Men and boys must remove hats at any location “under cover”– indoors or outdoors. All areas underneath awnings and tents are considered “under cover” for the purposes of this policy.

Smoking

All areas of the Club are strictly non-smoking.

Pool Safety Rules

Lightning, thunder or the lightning alarm – when lightning is seen, thunder is heard or the lightning alarm sounds, the pools will be cleared immediately, and at least 30 minutes must pass without either lightning or thunder reoccurring.

Rough games, horseplay, running, throwing balls or other objects or other unsafe practices will not be tolerated.

Children under age 10 must be accompanied by a responsible person who is at least age 16.

Skateboards, hoverboards, skates, scooters, bicycles and similar activities are prohibited in and around the pool or in any area between the Field House and Main Clubhouse.

The Pool Office is for authorized personnel only.
