Continental Tire’s New Headquarters
This 90,000sf office building in Indian Land, SC serves as the new American headquarters for Continental Tire and is an expansion to their existing 33-acre campus. The three-story office building has the capacity for 350 employees and allows the tire giant to consolidate operations from several locations in this area.
Key features of the new headquarters include:

The building was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Gold certification and features:
- LED lighting to reduce energy consumption
- Recycled content carpet tiles
- Low VOC paint
- Parking area optimized to decrease heat signature
- 10 EV charging stations
- 840 solar panels on roof & in parking area that offset the building's total energy consumption by up to 25%
- Rainwater harvesting for landscaping & irrigation
