Every aspect of the Wake Forest Law experience is designed for students. Our Law Commons is a shared space perfect for studying, catching up with classmates, meeting with faculty, or having breakfast or lunch at the Legal Grounds Cafe.
There's more than one way to learn. Wake Forest Law actively embraces experiential learning while you are a law student.
The Z. Smith Reynolds Library is not just a great place to study, it’s also home to the University’s Writing Center, where you can get help starting or revising your law school papers.
As a law student you have access to all campus wellbeing services, recreation, and sport-related entertainment, including NCAA Division I athletics. Wake Forest is the smallest university to have all Division I athletic teams, including soccer, basketball, and American football. There are also intramural opportunities for graduate students.
Wake Forest's hometown of Winston-Salem is perfectly situated in North Carolina — just 2 hours to the mountains of Asheville and 4 hours to the beaches of Wilmington.
Just a five-minute drive from campus, Wake Forest Law students enjoy all that downtown Winston-Salem has to offer. Known as North Carolina's "City of Arts and Innovation," Winston is home to a variety of restaurants, unique art galleries, and the area's leading technology and research park, Wake Forest Innovation Quarter.
