Great North Museum - On Wednesday, we visited the Great North Museum to enhance our knowledge on the Ancient Greeks and the Stone Age. The children looked at different items and discussed what they thought they would have been used for. A lovely day out!
P.S.H.E - We revisited money this week in P.S.H.E and used so Redstart resources to get us thinking about the best way to budget. The children were great at knowing the difference between a want and need and were also able to explain what a debit and credit were used for.
Music - We have continued to learn to play the ukuleles this week. The children are getting so much more confident!
Science - This week in science has been centred around animals including humans. We have looked particularly close at maintaining a balanced diet. After looking at the different food groups, the children created their own plate that included all of these food groups.
