Terms & Conditions
∆ Payment terms: 50% to secure booking & 50% before/on day of shoot. If cancelled with less than 1 weeks notice before shoot date, a further 50% cancellation fee is required. Payment plans are offered. Please enquire about this option if interested.
∆ Travel within 20km radius of Kat Grudko Photography offices (Woodstock, CT) included. Additional R5.00 p/km after that. Special travel rates apply for shoots over 100km’s one way out of Cape Town, as well as for all major centers in South Africa, including Johannesburg & Durban. Accommodation & travel arrangements for shoots out of Cape Town to be discussed on booking.
∆ Packages DO NOT include price of Make Up artist or Hair Stylist. One should be arranged by yourself, otherwise I have some great contacts on my books I can forward to you.
∆ Full edits include spot removal and colour correction on skin tones. This will include some colour edits, some black and white, and in some cases a combination of both.
∆ Photobooks start at R2 500.00 for a 28 page 200 x 200 premium photobook with a personalised cover (with debossing of some text on the cover). Photobooks go up from there depending on the size of the book, number of pages & finishings that you choose. The biggest photobook offered is an A3 landscape book (minimum 28 page premium photobook with a personalized cover) starting at R5 000.00. Pages can be added on at an additional cost.
∆ Canvases & other prints are optional extras unless outlined in the package above. Canvas's start at R900.00 for an A4 standard canvas and R1 700.00 for an A3 framed canvas.
∆ Wall portraits start at R380.00 (excluding a frame. Add a frame at an additional cost). We offer matted wall portraits in sizes 7 x 10 up to 20 x 24.
∆ Folio boxes include 7 x 10 matted & mounted prints & start at R3 600.00. Folio boxes come in your choice of 10, 20 or 30, 7 x 10 matted prints stored in a beautiful folio box.
∆ The maximum number of people included in the shoot is detailed in each package. A cost of R180.00 is added to the package price for every additional person.
∆ Please allow 7-10 working days for digital edited images. A rush job of 2-3 days can be arranged at an additional cost of R2 500.00 to cover overtime hours worked.
∆ Photo books and other prints can take up to 4-6 weeks to be designed and delivered to Kat Grudko Photography. Please note: This is after delivery of images to client either online or in person. You will be notified when they arrive at the studio.
∆ Studio photoshoots available at our beautiful studio in Woodstock. Rates may differ. Please get in touch for rates including studio if you are interested in this option.
