Terms and Conditions

Welcome to THE AFTER SHOW GAME SHOW and TRU BINGO (collectively referred to as "the Shows"). By participating in or engaging with the Shows as a contestant, viewer, or in any other capacity, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Prizes and Sponsors

Prizes offered on the Shows are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Sponsors of the Shows may vary from episode to episode and are not guaranteed to remain consistent.

2. Use of Footage

By participating in the Shows, you grant Burton Multimedia and THE REAL UNDERGROUND RADIO an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, edit, and otherwise use any footage, audio, or other media featuring your likeness, voice, or performance for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional, commercial, and entertainment purposes.

Participants acknowledge and agree that they have no rights to inspect or approve the use of such media.

3. Rights to Edit Content

Burton Multimedia reserves the right to edit, modify, or alter any content associated with the Shows at its sole discretion.

Such edits may include but are not limited to the addition of music, graphics, commentary, and advertisements.

4. Limitation of Liability

Contestants, viewers, and any other participants in the Shows agree not to sue or hold liable other contestants, viewers, hosts, Burton Multimedia, or THE REAL UNDERGROUND RADIO for any claims, damages, injuries, or disputes arising out of or in connection with their participation in or engagement with the Shows.

This limitation of liability includes but is not limited to claims related to personal injuries, defamation, loss of prizes, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of the Shows.

5. Eligibility

Participants must meet all eligibility requirements as specified by the Shows. Burton Multimedia reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its discretion for non-compliance with these terms.

6. Conduct

Contestants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, viewers, and hosts.

Harassment, cheating, or any other form of misconduct may result in disqualification and/or legal action.

7. General Terms

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Burton Multimedia is registered.

Burton Multimedia reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By engaging with or participating in THE AFTER SHOW GAME SHOW or TRU BINGO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
