Live performances bring stories to life for elementary students

Otselic Valley elementary students enjoyed special visits from The REV Theatre Company, bringing live theatre experiences to classrooms and the stage.

First grade students began the day by meeting with performers in Mrs. Stoklosa’s classroom to learn about Aesop, fables, and parables before attending Aesop’s Fables: On Stage. The high-energy performance featured familiar stories such as The Tortoise and the Hare and encouraged students to ask questions and engage with the storytelling.

PreK–2 students also attended an interactive performance of Huff and Puff: A Pig Tale, which offered a fresh and playful twist on well-known fairy tales. Throughout the show, students were invited to participate, with two OV students even having the opportunity to join the actors on stage.
