FROM THE PRINCIPAL

The 24-25 school year is moving quickly. We have several "special" days over the next 4 weeks that you will want to take note of (they are also listed on the important dates page). I want to talk specifically about two of those dates, October 31st and November 4th. October 31st will be a Book Character dress up day for students and staff. Students may dress up as a favorite book character, but must have the book with them. We will have an assembly and do a quick character parade. November 6th will be Parent/Teacher Conferences. Invitations for conferences will be sent home when we return from fall break. This is a great opportunity for you to talk with your child's teacher to: discuss progress, share your student's strengths and needs and work with the teacher to help your child do well in school. We want to help your child be successful! Please contact your child's teacher or the school with any questions. I hope you and your family have a wonderful, relaxing fall break!

MINDSET MONDAY

November 11

December 2

Monday is not something you should dread! Monday should be used as a new beginning, to try new things and strive for improvement. Join us as we celebrate Mindset Monday. Students may choose to wear a t-shirt with a positive or motivational message with dress code bottoms. We will designate one Monday each month as Mindset Monday.
