HOMECOMING AND FAMILY WEEKEND 2023

October 20-22, 2023, Curry College once again welcomed alumni, families, and friends back to campus to celebrate our annual Homecoming and Family Weekend. And despite autumn showers at times, the spirit of the Curry community was never dampened.

We kicked things off with the 1st Annual Curry Classic Golf Tournament on Friday morning at Juniper Hill in Northborough.

Following the Friday night Picnic Under the Stars event, on Saturday morning guests could stay indoors to avoid the rain and meet our new President, Jay Gonzalez, experience Curry-in-the-Classroom, visit the PAL Open House, and participate in any number of fun activities at the Fall Fest in the Stu - including breaking a record in cookie decorating!

Many of you braved the elements to tailgate and cheer on our Curry Athletics teams and then cozy up in the Katz Field tent to enjoy the Sip and Social featuring chili, chowder and Widowmaker Beer courtesy of Ryan Lavery ’06.

On Sunday morning, Curry hosted two different events in the Stu, the Arts Brunch and the 2nd Annual School of Nursing Dean’s Brunch for Alumni/Faculty Emerita, featuring School of Nursing Alumna Karen Daley '85, Hon. '17, Ph.D., RN, FAAN.

Saturday Night featured the 2023 Curry College Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Reception, welcoming eight new alumni to its ranks - in recognition of both their outstanding athletic achievements and their passionate support of the Curry Colonels.

Homecoming and Family Weekend 2023 culminated on Sunday in Blue Hills with the 10th Annual Charity Hike to Benefit EvvGirl Foundation, celebrating the legacy of Evan Bard '14 - organized by the Curry College Student Nurses Association (CCSNA).

So all in all, despite the☔, Homecoming and Family Weekend 2023 was all 😁!

Thank you to those that made #CurryHomecoming23 a success! See you next year!
