Northeast Middle School rededicated their garden in memory of Karen “Mama” Jeffress. 💜 A beloved teacher and mentor, Mama’s legacy of pride, respect, opportunity, unity, and dedication continues to inspire our #BASDcommunity. Through the Karen Jeffress Memorial Fund, her passion for students and education will live on for generations. Special thanks to Liberty High School senior Riley Kutz, who completed the garden as part of his Eagle Scout project.
