Quote from Head Coach, Stephanie Allen

"Success is a by-product of hard work and daily improvement. As a program and as individuals, we have to consistently stretch ourselves and get out of our comfort zone. We will not let circumstances define us. It is our mindset and our response that define us. Greatness doesn’t mean perfection. Our student-athletes understand that through proper mindset, intentional behavior, and commitment we are able to achieve something we didn’t initially think possible and reach new levels of success. We can do this with the help and support of each other - our Bearcat family!"

THE BEARCAT FAMILY

"The best part about my time at Binghamton and playing on the Women’s Lacrosse team was having a family away from home; people who look out for you, take care of you when you are sick, and lift you up when you are feeling down. With each incoming class, our family grew in size, but it never felt any less like a home. There is no one else I would have rather had by my side during victories, losses, and all of life’s moments throughout my 5 years." - Callon Williams '18
Team dinners at Coach Allen's House are a team bonding must
Attacker, Captain - Olivia Batista '19 and Head Coach Stephanie Allen
"Playing lacrosse at Binghamton was the best decision I ever made. Not only did I become part of a new team, but I became part of a family. The team culture that Coach Allen has consistently instilled in her players year after year is what sets this program apart from others. It doesn’t matter if it’s on the field, off the field, in the classroom, she, along with the rest of the coaching staff, were always there to support, encourage, and challenge me." - Olivia Batista '19

WHY I CHOSE BINGHAMTON...

Midfielder/Defender, Kelly Quinn '22
"I chose Binghamton because of the high academic and athletic standard the school set. I had family that graduated from Binghamton, who went onto to great careers and having relationships that will last a life time. I wanted to be able to put myself in a position to succeed and make great friendships like they did." - Kelly Quinn '22
