Creative & Performing Arts Scholarship Winners
Each year, the English department’s Creative Writing Program conducts a university-wide competition that seeks to award the best undergraduate work in creative nonfiction, fiction, and poetry.

Fort Collins Book Fest
Fort Collins Book Fest, an annual multi-week celebration of all things local and literary, will run Feb. 1-19 and feature more than 20 authors, including several Colorado State University alumni and faculty.
All Campus Career Fair
The All Campus Career Fair will be held on February 13 and 14, 2024 at the Lory Student Center Grand Ballrooms. Connect with employers in person, practice your elevator pitch, learn more about companies, and get free swag.
Rekindle the Classics
Rekindle your love of classic literature with the CSU Department of English and Poudre Libraries! Join graduate students, faculty, and the public in lively and informative discussions of literature favorites.
Our next meeting will be on Thursday, February 15 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Gryphon Games & Comics (1119 W. Drake Rd. C-30). Danny Saldana will lead a discussion of J.R.R. Tolkien's The Fellowship of the Ring.
Creative Writing Reading Series
The Creative Writing Reading Series will host several events this spring featuring acclaimed writers and poets. All readings are set to take place in the Lory Student Center's University Ballroom and begin at 7:30 p.m.

MFA Thesis Readings
Each semester, students in their final year of CSU's graduate program in Creative Writing give a public reading from their thesis or other major work in progress. Please join us as we celebrate these promising writers! All readings will take place at the Gregory Allicar Museum of Art's Hoffert Learning Center and begin at 7 p.m.
