Mobile Access Cards
Get ready to unlock a world of fun at Inspiration! To ensure the security and enjoyment of all residents, an active access card is required to enter all amenities.
1. Download the Alarm.com app. Search on the App Store or Google Play.
2. Follow the instructions once you receive your mobile credentials, the app will guide you through activating your digital access card. (Will look like the image to the right)
Mobile credential activation is quick and easy! Once you complete your waivers, the Association team will process your credentials within one business day.
Before diving into the fun, be sure to review the Facility Use and Regulations for all Inspiration amenities (to ensure a smooth experience for everyone).
No need to submit another waiver if you've already completed one. If you haven't received your mobile credentials by then, reach out to the Association team at InspirationTX@ccmcnet.com and they'll be happy to assist! Please be sure to read the Facility Use and Regulations for all the rules for ALL the Inspiration Amenities.
When Accessing the Amenities
- One resident per household must scan their mobile access card at the entry reader.
- The Pool Monitor will verify the scan log and require a valid ID with your Inspiration address for the resident who scanned.
- To ensure the safety and security of our community, all guests must be signed in by the resident upon arrival. Wristbands will be provided to all registered guests.
- Please remember: Guests must depart with the sponsoring resident.

Safety First at the Pool: New Lightning Detection System!
We're happy to announce a new safety measure at Club Inspiration this year! We've installed a cutting-edge lightning detection system that sounds an alarm when lightning is detected within a 10-mile radius.
Here's how it works:
- Lightning Detected: If lightning is detected, an alarm will sound, and all pool goers will be asked to evacuate the pool area and seek shelter inside Club Inspiration.
- 30-Minute All Clear: After 30 minutes with no further lightning activity, an all-clear announcement will be made, and guests can return to the pool deck.
- Even more convenient!: For your peace of mind, we've also installed a new widget on our website. Now you can easily check the lightning detection status right from your smartphone! No need to call or wait for updates – simply visit our website and see if the pool is open for swimming.
Your safety is our priority. This new system allows us to proactively ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone enjoying the pool at Club Inspiration and Hope Harbor.
Safety Break
Did you know? At Inspiration, we have Safety Breaks at all our pools during the last ten minutes of every hour; only residents under 18 are required to exit the water. Some of the reasons for Safety Breaks are below:
- Children need to exit the water to replenish energy. During this time, we encourage parents to give their children snacks, drink water, and relax; this helps lessen the chance of drowning and sudden exhaustion with our young patrons.
- During the safety breaks, all lifeguards switch to their designated lifeguard stands. Switching stands helps the guards stay alert and monitor different sections of the pool with high attention. This means that for a short period of time, the water is not being watched and may be unsafe for children. Once the safety break has ended, all guards are back on the stand, and the water is protected.
- Safety breaks allow children to be out of the pool so they may use the restroom; this helps reduce the chance of a code brown (poop in the pool).
- Safety breaks are also for “water rest.” This gives the chlorine time to keep the water clean during high-traffic hours. During this 10-minute period, the water is routinely checked for chlorine levels and Ph levels.

What If I already have facility cards from the previous owner?
Welcome to Inspiration! We understand you might have facility cards from the previous homeowner. Mobile Access Cards: These are unique digital credentials assigned to each resident for secure amenity access. Haven't received instructions yet? Linked below is our New Resident Information. What if I moved but still live in Inspiration?
Congratulations on your new home within Inspiration! To ensure seamless access to amenities at your new address, please note the following:
- Updated Waivers Required: The Association needs updated waivers reflecting your current address.
- Mobile Access Card Deactivation: Mobile access cards linked to your previous address will be deactivated upon move-out.
Do I have to be with my guests while at the Amenities?
Please note that all guests (maximum of four per resident) must be accompanied and supervised by a resident at all times while using the Inspiration facilities, such as the pool. This ensures the safety and enjoyment of everyone.
Access Card Holders: To obtain a mobile access card, residents must be 14 years of age or older.
Residents Under 14: Residents younger than 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older to enjoy the amenities.
Bringing Guests: Residents bringing guests to the amenities must be at least 18 years old. There's a maximum of four guests per resident.
Remember: By following these guidelines, we ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone at Inspiration's amenities!
Minor Access Cards
Residents aged 14 and over can now have their own mobile credentials for accessing our community amenities! This allows them greater independence and convenience when enjoying the pool, gym, or other facilities.

If you have a minor aged 14 or older who would like their own mobile credential, and your address currently has less than four active credentials, please follow these steps:

Looking to host a larger group at the pool? We've got you covered!
While the standard guest limit is four per resident, Inspiration offers Cabana rentals at both Club Inspiration and Hope Harbor for those who want to gather with a bigger crowd. These private spaces are perfect for poolside parties and barbecues with friends and family.
Here's the scoop on Cabanas:
Capacity: Perfect for entertaining! Each Cabana comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests.
Availability: Reserve your Cabana for any time block when the pool is open.
Cost: Cabana rentals are just $25 per time block, with a maximum of two time blocks allowed per reservation.
Important Reminders
• No rafts or floatation devices are allowed except as provided. Coast Guard-approved life vests are permitted.
• Pool gates must be closed properly after entering or exiting the pool area. At no time shall Residents prevent the proper closure of a pool gate - including but not limited to propping open, blocking the strike plate, and soft-closing to prevent latching.
• Our pool umbrellas provide a much-needed respite for residents from the sun's rays while lounging poolside. We ask that residents please close the umbrellas after use. Due to the high winds, our umbrellas can easily break or find their way into the pool. We sincerely appreciate the community coming together to keep the Amenity Center looking its best.
• Glass is prohibited in the pool area.
• No smoking (including e-cigarettes) are permitted.
• Sound-producing equipment is prohibited in the pool unless used with earphones and shall only be allowed on the deck and lounge areas. Association events, however, may use sound equipment as necessary to conduct their program(s).
