HOW TO CHECK OUT EQUIPMENT VIA ONLINE RESERVATION PORTAL

After navigating to the Media Lab's reservation portal, click New Reservation on the Home Page.
Select DMAJ Media Lab from the drop-down menu.
Adjust the start and end times of your reservation. Reservations are typically for 24 hours.
Once the dates are set, press the Catalog icon to begin adding items to your cart.
Choose SADA from the Catalog. Other departments' equipment is automatically denied for SADA students.
Before you can check out any equipment, you MUST select which SADA class this reservation is for. Any requests without a class specification will be canceled.
After clicking on your specific class, make sure to hit the plus button to add it to your cart.
After adding your class to your cart, click on the SADA tab in the top left corner to return to the equipment options.
Choose an equipment category from the Catalog page.
Once you've located the equipment you want to borrow, click the plus icon to add it to your cart. After this is complete, click Return to Reservation.
Review your reservation. Make sure your class is in the cart. Once you've verified everything is correct, hit the check-out icon in the upper right corner.
Your request is now pending approval. You can edit or cancel your reservation after it is submitted from this page. Once your request is approved or denied, you will receive an email from the Media Lab.

Once the equipment is returned, the Media Lab team will review it, so be sure to inform them of any damage. Don't add anything extra to the camera kits (SD cards, batteries, etc.). Return all equipment ON TIME, otherwise borrowing privileges may be revoked.
