ALL ALLIES ARE WELCOMED TO ATTEND!
Join HispanicPro for our 3rd Annual Uplift Latina Forum! Let's kick off October inspired and motivated for change.
Join us on Tuesday, October 1, as we gear up and celebrate Latina Equal Pay Day, which will be just around the corner. Let’s come together and make our voices heard in the lead-up to this important day!
October 3rd is Latina Equal Pay Day, a crucial moment to spotlight the incredible contributions and growing influence of Latinas across the United States. As some of the most dynamic and successful professionals in every industry, Latinas are driving change and shaping our economy. Yet, despite these achievements, the pay gap persists. In 2022, Latinas earned just 52 cents for every dollar earned by white, non-Hispanic men. It’s time to close this gap and recognize the true value of Latina talent and hard work.

It brings together dynamic leaders and embraces themes of self-confidence, knowing your worth $$$ and the significance of bringing forth culturally bold leadership when important decisions are made.
Authentic conversations, meaningful networking opportunities and insightful sessions are created to uplift Latina professionals at all levels and provide attendees with unique tools and strategies to stand out, advance and lead confidently within their teams, organizations and community.
