ALL ALLIES ARE WELCOMED TO ATTEND!

Join us for an evening designed to uplift, connect, and inspire—make plans to attend the 2025 Uplift Latina Forum!

2025 Latina Equal Pay Day is on Wednesday, October 8th and marks how far into the year Latinas must work to earn what white, non-Hispanic men earned in the previous calendar year.

Latina Equal Pay Day isn’t just a date — it’s a reality check. In 2023, Latinas working full-time still made only 52¢ for every dollar white, non-Hispanic men earned the year before.

It’s time to close this gap and recognize the true value of Latina talent and hard work. Together, we’ll shine a light on workplace challenges, highlight career advancement tactics, and explore strategies for building wealth and achieving higher earning potential.
